The BELGARDA estate agency was set up in 1988, following extensive experience gained from 1982 in other companies in the same sector. We deal with all the typical work of an estate agency (evaluations, consultation and brokering for the sale and purchasing of property, management and brokering for property rental and administration of blocks of flats) but we specialise particularly in holiday lets on Lake Garda and in property brokering in general. We collaborate with European partners in order to offer holiday apartments on a wide scale. In accordance with the regulations, we are registered in the list of brokers at the Verona Chamber of Commerce and we are a member of F.I.A.I.P. (the Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents), the most important Italian organisation in the sector, in order to offer a professional service meeting the expectations of our customers. Our agency is about to celebrate 20 years of activity, with the same enthusiasm as before but with a great deal more experience, experience which we wish to make available to all those individuals and companies who may require our services.
